Charming wartime period model made from paper/card printed with an airfield including a runway, fighters, bombers, petrol stores, searchlight and anti-aircraft guns. It features a 3 dimensional aircraft hangar that folds out - all printed in two-tone camouflage patterns. The sheet is glued to a basic wooden base with two 'feet'. Also comes with a card sheet printed with two 'press-out' fighter aircraft that could be folded and slotted together. The tail section is missing from one aircraft but we've incldued a photocopy that will make is easy to mock up it up. We purchased about five of these models approximately 25 years ago - all were attached to the same basic wooden bases. The airfield shows soiling and marks but this is a really interesting period toy in good unused condition. Stock code BO4053.
