Stores ref. 22c/447. Size medium. The cloth is in very good condition and retains good even colour with only light soiling. The mae west retains all the leg straps, grab handles, tying tapes, buttons, inflation lever flap, skull cap/heliograph pocket and fluorescene flap and strap. The flotation lamp pocket has been carefully removed and this example appears to have never been fitted with a lifeline/toggle. Good original A.M. marked zip. Fully labelled with Air Ministry King's crown markings. Interestingly one of the leg straps is stamped and 1942 dated (see photos) - This will be the webbing tape manufacturer's information/production date. A very nice clean example. Stock code MW16641.
