War Service Dress Blouse. Size 8 (Ht. 5'7-5'8", Ch. 37-38", Wt. 33"). By Akett Ltd. 1945 dated. Standard battledress blouse with Flight Lieutenant rank lace, a good flat navigator brevet and ribbons for the 39-45 star, Aircrew Europe star with rosette, Africa star, Italy star, Defence and war medals. The blouse shows wear and use with some moth holes (mainly to sleeves and one on the collar fold). In addition the collar has been tailored to form a small lapel (quite common - see photos).
