Size Medium. Dated 3-45. (March 1945). Rare wartime dated example of this mask. The rubber facepiece is in very good, reasonably clean condition and retains good overall shape. The rubber is flexible with no cracking on the harness retaining lugs over the nose and shows little sign of stress crazing when flexed. The pearl grey suede lining is complete but quite soiled. Fitted with a good type 57 microphone assembly and a pink flecked chocolate coloured loom. The harness is complete but a bit faded and with some loss of elasticity. The original rubber bands are in place (somewhat perished). These late war H-masks are very difficult to obtain now in any condition. Considerably rarer than a G-type mask. Good '+' used overall.
