Includes such phrases as 'You will be rewarded', 'I am English/Australian/Dutch/American', 'Are there any other airmen down?'. 'Are there any Japanese nearby?'. 'Help me avoid them' etc. Has more information than is generally found on blood chits. Issued within escape kits. Rare to find.
