Stores ref. 22c/1392. Size 4. 1954 date code. Blue-grey fabric helmet portion only with early elasticated neck adjustment strap and chinstrap. This helmet was used with leather/rubber sound excluding receiver capsules and receiver equipment. Note that is the ultra rare Type 'F', not the later 'G'. The fabric is undamaged but a little faded and soiled. The original owner of this helmet flew Mosquito Nightfighters during WW2 and was awarded the DFC. Stock code H17695.
