Black elastic strap with metal attachment clips to each end . These were fitted to the collar using the small brass 'eyes' sewn onto the collar. These straps are often referred to as spare goggle straps but were in fact used to help pull the collar up. It retains some elasticity but has light edge fraying/wear. The metalwork also has light corrosion of metal but the strap is essentially in good used condition. Stock code J.
