Stores Ref. 27C/2085. Manufactured from cotton fabric, dyed red and in the form of an isosceles triangle. The edges and corners are reinforced and the corners eyeletted for the bow guyline and steering lines (not present). Printed with sailing instructions. Has been stitched to something else at some point and has tiny stitch holes at the edges and centre of the sail (look carefully at the photo no. 3 and you can see them) but this does not detract. The bottom edge has been turned over and stitched (easy to unpick) and there is a hole at the centre of this section - see photo no.6. Fairly clean and bright and in good overall condition.
