By G & T.L. Stores ref. 15A/137. Standard 'Observer' harness for use with clip on chest-type parachute packs. This is a genuine RAF/British manufactured example rather than the Canadian manufactured version. Cream/white webbing with a central black fleck. Has the fully rounded QR box as fitted to wartime British harnesses. Labelled 'G & T.L Observer No.' The harness is in good undamaged condition but appears to have been cleaned/washed giving a somewhat overly white appearance in places. The QR box is equally good and correctly orientated for the harness. Has the metal 'loops' at the rear for attaching a dinghy pack and also fitted with a very good unlabelled/unmarked backpad. A good to very good used example. Increasingly difficult to find. Stock code P18848.
