By The Acushnet Process. Co. Dated 4-44. Size medium. The rubber is very flexible although a bit grubby and there is a small split at the centre of the nose (approx. 5mm). The attached tube is in very good condition. The webbing harness is generally very good but does have a little verdigris on some of the metal components. Comes with the original early issue Army Air Corps cardboard carton. There is some damage to the corner of the lid of this (See photo). Good to good '+' used overall condition. The A-10 was rushed into service in 1943 to replace the deficient A-8Bs still in use by the 8th AAF in England. Stock code O17485.
