Original drawing of a British prototype fighter

Original drawing of a British prototype fighter

Code: P27179

SOLD

A very rare and impressive original hand drawn illustration of what is believed to be a wartime British prototype fighter.  It appears to have a De Havilland type propeller hub, Martin Baker pattern control grip and an unusual 'bubble' canopy.  The drawing is by J.H. Clark, famed chief illustrator at 'The Aeroplane' magazine, responsible for many of their superb exploded diagrams and detailed technical illustrations.  Drawn by him in black ink on thick tracing paper, it measures approximately 46 x 36cm, is in good overall condition and would look superb mounted and framed.  Stock code P27179.
