Overseas Customers
Please be aware that your country may impose import duty/tax on your purchases. We have no control over these and you (the buyer) are responsible for paying them. In some circumstances we (the seller) are asked to pre pay your duty and a handling fee at the point of despatch. When this is the case we will contact you and ask you to pay the fee to us so that we are able to clear the import duty and ship the order.
Customers in the USA
Many UK companies are struggling with shipping to the US at the moment and some have stopped altogether. We are determined to continue supplying our valued American customers, you are all hugely important to us. With larger orders we will try and send via UPS but on smaller shipments we need to use Royal Mail. They have recently imposed customs duty pre payment rules which mean we have to pay your duty and a handling fee at the point of despatch. In view of this we reluctantly feel the need to impose a £5 flat rate surcharge on all orders from US customers. This will be reviewed regularly and we can assure you will be in place no longer than necessary. We are also increasingly being asked to supply the buyer's Federal Tax ID on larger purchases. Please be aware that your order may not be released without supply this. Thanks for your understanding at this tricky time.
