Hello everyone,
We just wanted to let you know that it's almost time for our Summer update. It will take place sometime between 00.01hrs Friday 12th June and 23.59hrs Sunday 14th June but at this point we don't even know ourselves exactly when! As long as you are subscribed to our newsletter you'll be informed via email once it has been completed. No previews are available so please don't ask!
We will be adding approximately 180 new items of RAF, USAAF, Luftwaffe, Japanese & Italian kit/equipment including flying suits, helmets, oxygen masks, goggles, jackets, parachutes, RAF station items, photographs, books, documents and maps. Prices start at around £10, rising into the £1000s for some exceptionally rare pieces released from our own collection.
When viewing the update please remember that someone else could have the same item/s in their basket and your order is not finalised until you have completed the 'checkout'. For speed, you may wish to do this as a 'guest', or log into your account (if previously registered). If you order multiple items, any excess postage paid will be refunded once the orders have been packed.
Payment can be made online through our automated checkout using Stripe or PayPal (no accounts needed). Select 'offline' payment to settle your bill using a bank transfer, cheque or credit/debit card payment via telephone. If paying 'offline' please email to let us know.
Shipping to France recently became more complicated so any orders being sent there may be subject to delays while we navigate the new regulations - please be patient, we don't make the rules!
Please note that any orders received between now and the update may not be processed or posted until Tuesday 16th June as we need to allow time to finalise things. Thanks again for your patience.
Best wishes
David & Helen
