A belated Happy New Year. Have you noticed odd things happening with the website? Want to know what is going on? Hopefully this newsletter will answer any quesitons you might have.
January is normally taken up with planning and preparation for the Militaria show held at Stoneleigh. This year was a little different for us as we've decided to reorganise and expand the business further. This meant we didn't have time to prepare much stock for the show and attended in a much smaller capacity than usual. The upside of this was the opportunity to do more buying than we are normally able.
The website, which operates as our shop window is also undergoing improvements. At the moment these are all being undertaken in the background but it is possible that you may see some features 'appear' and 'disappear' as we make changes and test them. Notably, the 'add to basket' button has been absent from the site for some time as we felt time was needed to concentrate on the reorganisation rather than selling. Of course a quick email or phonecall to us still enabled any purchase to be made. The good news is that the button and fully automated checkout system is now back and ready for business.
Once all of the website changes are completed we will transfer to the updated site. We hope this will be in the next few weeks. In the meantime thank you for your patience and rest assured that there is lots of new and exciting stock on the way....
