NAVAER-4111 (Revised 9-44). Aviators Flight Log Book. This belonged to Arthur Marshall Talley Junior of the USN. The first entries are at the beginning of February 1945 with flying on Beechcraft 18s and Grumman TBF/TBM Avengers at the Naval Air Station in Miami, Florida - he's always the 'passenger'. By June 1945 he was at N.A.A.S Oxnard, California and by January 1946 he was at the N.A.S. San Diego on various aircraft including the North American T-6 Texan (Harvard). The log ends with his discharge on 21st May 1946. The rear pages detail his various postings and have details of his flying clothing record including an intermediate and summer flying jacket, summer flying suit, sunglasses and goggles etc. The log is a bit tatty with a taped spine and damage to the rear cover. There is also damage to some of the rear pages. Please note that the log is not 'full' of entries. Stock code P20855.
