Stores reference 22G/1108. Size large. Post WW2 issue. Introduced in the late 1940s these are virtually identical to the standard WW2 issue MK.VIII anti-glare spectacles/sunglasses and the sidearms are even stamped as such. They have grey/green tinted lenses set in steel wire frames having side-arms terminating with sprung 'wrap-around' ear pieces. Stamped 'HCO' , MK.VIII, 22G/1108 and with war department broad arrow. The frame is tarnished with verdigris despoits but would clean up very easily. Good hinges, lenses and case. Stock code G22681.
