Padded bullion wire pilot wing on black felt with cotton backing. Approximately 10cm span. Excellent condition. Caledonian Airways was a wholly private, independent Scottish charter airline formed in April 1961. It merged with British United Airways to form British Caledonian in 1970 making these short lived wings scarce. They came directly from a pilot with the airline who had flown Lancasters during WW2.
