Pair of chromed steel 'loops' that are used to attach the Observer parachute pack to the harness clips. One end joins the clips and the other is attached to the parachute canopy lines. The loops have some small cuts/dings along with surface corrosion that should polish off quite easily. Extremely difficult to obtain but necessary if you want to clip your pack onto a harness!
