Stores Ref. 21B/890. Wooden folding chair with slatted seat. As often seen in photographs of Battle of Britain pilots outside the dispersal huts. The chair is in reasonably good used condition. It shows wear and tear and has some splits in places plus paint splashes and grime. On the upside there is no visible woodworm or major damage. The metal 'hinge' rod has some surface corrosion as do other metal components. Has clear Air Ministry markings to the base. Appears to be sound/sturdy. Great for your collection room.
