Distinctive Canadian wing. Padded. Unfortunately this has some moth damage - mainly to the edges of the black felt background at the wingtips but a little beneath the crown/central area too. Black hessian type backing cloth. Unissued/unused and originally purchased from the heirs of an old service outfitters in Malta. Would be considerably more expensive in better condition.
