Oxygen Regulator Type A-8A. By The Bendix Aviation Corp. Regulators were used to reduce the pressure of compressed oxygen flowing from the aircraft storage cylinders/walkaround bottles to a useable pressure. Amongst other applications the A-8A was used with the A-2 high pressure cylinder and a walk-around sling. Unfortunately this would only provide between 2 and 5 minutes oxygen at 25,000' . The regulator is in excellent condition throughout with 1943 date codes. Stock code O17508.
