Part No. 47565-1. By The Standard Parachute Corporation. Olive drab cotton filled with bound hair. Used on all seat type parachutes between the parachute pack and cradle of the harness. This cushion superceded part no. 38D4186 which was identical except for thickness. The cushion is a bit faded and has light staining in places. No damage. Reasonably clear markings, inspection stamps and 1942 manufacture date. Rare to find separately and ideal to complete a seat-assembly. Stock code M17828.
