Hello Everyone,

We trust you are staying safe and well during the current global crisis.  The purpose of this mail is to update you on ordering and delivery information during the 'lockdown' within the UK.

We will continue to process and despatch all orders as swiftly as possible but have reduced trips to the Post Office from 5 to 3 days each week.

It has become increasingly apparent that some packages, generally sent via Royal Mail services, to mainland Europe, Canada and the USA in particular, are being significantly delayed. To date, all have eventually turned up albeit weeks after one would normally expect delivery.  If you have ordered from us, it is quite possible that it might take 6 or 7 weeks to arrive. Orders despatched via UPS are generally much quicker but tend to be significantly more expensive.  If you would like to 'upgrade' your shipping service please ask for a quote.  

On a positive note, although we are living in strange and exceptional circumstances,  in 27 years as a full time dealer I could count the number of permanently ‘lost’ items on the fingers of both hands. We ask that customers remain patient and where applicable, use the tracking reference codes provided by us.  

Finally, it is very helpful to know when an order has been delivered so please do drop us a quick email to confirm safe arrival.
