Size medium. Dated 4-46 (April 1946). A rare early post WW2 dated example of this otherwise relatively common mask. The facepiece retains reasonable overall shape although the lower edges are curling inwards. The rubber is very grubby but generally remains very pliable apart from some stiffening towards the edges. It also appears to be free of any major cracking. The pearl grey suede lining is complete but dirty. Fitted with a type 57 microphone assembly and a flecked mid tan coloured loom with the correct large 2-pin socket, type 614, 10H/18196. The webbing harness is complete but grubby and lacks elasticity. Identical to a wartime example but significantly cheaper. A reasonable used example that might improve significantly with some careful cleaning. Stock code O18744.
