Stores reference 6D/815. Size medium. Dated 2/74. Fitted with the smaller plastic Amplivox 13100 microphone and standard webbing harness. The rubber is in very good overall condition. It remains very flexible with good shape but does have some cracking on the harness retaining lugs and around the inspiratory valve. The pearl grey lining has average soiling and the harness, microphone, loom and socket are all good. A decent example. Stock code O12300.
