Stores ref. 22c/1392. Size 4. An extremely rare early blue cloth inner flying helmet. The Type 'F' was the first helmet designed for use with the MK.1 Bonedome and predates the later and far more common Type 'G'. The blue cloth helmet shell is in very good condition with only light soiling and a tiny fray hole in the outer skin (see photo). Fully wired with flexible loom, receivers and NATO plug. Good (soiled) soft leather earpads. Note the single row of oxygen mask press studs. A good '+' used example of this rare early variant. Stock code H21205.
