Instructions for the Operation and Servicing of the AVRO XIX Aircraft.  Prepared by Yeadon Division, P/b, 22 x 27cm, 76p plus many more diagrams, charts & illustrations.  The AVRO XIX was the commerical aircraft that led to the development of the AVRO 652 Anson.  Developed in the early 1930s it was used for civilian 'airline' and military communications duties. The manual covers a general description of the aircraft, information for pilots and loading data, ground handling and daily routine servicing, maintenance (overhaul and periodical inspection), assembly, dismantling and packing.  A very comprehensive manual with excellent information and illustrations.  The cover is dog-eared/creased with small edge tears. Inner pages generally very good although some have edge damage.  Cover marked 'Property BEA Check Flight'. British European Airways was established in 1946. Stock code P21976.
