Stores Ref. 22c/930. The frames have minor paint loss on exposed edges and light verdigris on the central adjuster but are in very good overall condition. The leather surround is slightly mishaped but generally very good. The suede backing is damage free and has only light even soiling. Both clear lenses are very good having only fairly light scratches and delamination marking. The strap elastic is a bit grubby/stained but retains quite good colour and some elasticity. Metal parts have surface corrosion. War Department broad arrow markings and reference numbers to the nosepiece (see photo). These belonged to a navigator who flew on Lancasters with 207 Squadron between 1944 and 1947 and comes with a few service details and 2 photocopy photos.
