Lightweight flying suit manufactured by the Commonwealth Government Clothing Factory. Size 4, 1964 dated. Australian manufactured pale green cotton poplin one-piece suit. With front zip from crutch to the neck, two angled breast pockets and another on the upper left arm c/w pen clips. Two more zipped pockets are located on the thighs and two on the calves. The ankles have zipped openings and there are zipped side entry pockets at the waist. Fitted with cotton straps and brass press stud fastenings at the waist and cuffs. Labelled. Excellent, probably unused condition. There are some stitch holes where something has been added and/or removed but otherwise pristine. All the 'Aero' and 'Lightning' zips are excellent bar some verdigris deposits (easily removed), and complete with leather tabs. A really good suit from the Vietnam period. Stock code S25202.
