Thermally Insulated Flying Suit, Jacket. Physically measures approximately 47” so should be suitable for around a 42/43” chest. This example is of four-panel front and rear construction with a small 'extra' panel in the top upper right section (see photographs). The leather is generally in good '+' overall condition retaining much of the original chromed finish and flexibility. There is some loss of colour and abrasion, mainly on the arms/shoulders, general creasing, plus one small 'puncture' on one arm that appears to have been glued (see photograph). The jacket seems to be strong and although some of the binding tapes have surface cracks, the seams appear good and tight. Very good dense fur lining with much still remaining at the waist and cuffs. The jacket retains original 'D-o-T' zips throughout, the main still complete with leather puller tab. The belt, collar strap and rings are all complete and in good condition. The collar is also fitted with collar strap eyelets. Overall, a good '+' to very good used example in a decent size. Stock code J23940.
