RAF Suits, Anti-G Mk?.  Stores reference 22c/1303372.  Manufactured by Beaufort (Air-Sea) Equipment Ltd.  February 1979 dated.  The suit consists of an olive drab open weave nylon trouser-like garment cut away at the crotch and knees containing a bladder that extends across the abdomen and down the legs.  Zip fasteners enable the suit to be fastened around the waist and legs.  The internal bladder is retained within the trousers and a length of rubberised fabric hose reinforced with coiled wire is attached to the bladder and serves as an inflation tube.
The fabric is clean, generally in excellent condition and the bladder appears to be complete and flexible.  The inflation tube is fairly rigid but complete and retains the metal connector.  All of the zip fasteners are original and in good working condition.  Both map/jotter pockets are present and still contain original maps/flight details.  There is also a survival knife pocket but no knife.  The suit retains its original label and although this is partially damaged and faded, the manufacturer's details and date are legible.  A good pair of anti-G suit trousers.  Stock code S28321.
