By P. Frankenstein. Stores reference 22c/1959. Suits, Flying, Cotton Gaberdine, Blue/Grey, Mk.4. Size 2. Blue-grey ventile one-piece flying suit. It appears to have been issued as there is a name written on the label but it shows no wear or use whatsoever. It was officially modified in 1968 (Mod C1/60 C7/66) having all the buttons removed and buttons holes sewed up and replaced with Velcro. A stores tag relating to this modification remains attached to the suit which comes in half of the original box. A superb example and rare to find with this modification. Stock code S22404.
