Stores reference 5U/1203. Wooded case, approximately 30 x 22.5 x 23cm containing some box spanners/sockets/tools for maintenance of 1,000 & 500 Watt generators used on RAF stations. White metal and solid brass tools. Each part is stamped with a reference code and War Department broad arrow. A list of the parts is glued inside the lid. The set is incomplete. The blue-grey painted case is in sound condition with Air Ministry King's crown stamp but both hinges are corroded and the key is absent. A useful space filler for an airfield display. Rather heavy hence postal costs. Stock code M24061.
