Stores reference 22c/62. One of the classic 'Battle of Britain' pattern goggles. The frame is in very good condition with only very light rubbing on exposed surfaces and minor verdigris. All frame screws are original and both vent 'horns' and hinge stops are present. The velvet backing is lovely and clean and the nosepiece leather is equally good. The original clear lenses have surface scratches/scuffing but display well. The strap springs all appear to be complete and the leather strap section is very good with clear A.M. marks, reference numbers and 1937 date code. A very good '+' pair of goggles.
