Stores reference 22c/62. One of the classic 'Battle of Britain' pattern goggles. The frame is in excellent overall condition with only light rubbing on exposed surfaces. All frame screws are original and both vent 'horns' and hinge stops are present. The velvet backing is clean and the nosepiece leather is equally good. The original right (as worn)clear lens has light surface scratches/scuffing but displays well. The left lens appears to be a replacement. All strap springs look complete and the leather strap section is very good with A.M. marks, reference numbers and 1938 date code. A very good pair of goggles. Stock code G24535.
