Typical of WW1/interwar period privately purchased goggles. Oval shaped laminated clear glass lenses are held within white metal frames, backed with an ultra-fine 'sprung' knitted fabric and linked at the centre with leather and metal connector piece. All face contact points are covered in soft 'fur'. The goggles have a simple elastic strap with friction slide adjustment. There are no official or commercial markings. All in very good condition bar minor soiling and some loss of the strap elasticity. Stock code G26944.
