Approximately 40 x 18.5cm. Large format target result photograph made up of 2 separate images taped together. Taken by the Renault Company immediately after the Bomber Command raid on 3/4th March 1942, they show the full extent of the damage not shown by aerial photographs. The Billancourt Renault works just south of the city were known to be producing war material. The bombing stopped production for four weeks and final repairs were not completed for several months. The photograph is printed on Air Ministry paper and is captioned. The original tape join has failed and there are small edge tears and other marks. Stock code P14459A-1.
