Stock No. 8300-680475. Manufactured by The Charms Company of Bloomfield, New Jersey. Small card box within an outer sleeve (9.5 x 8 x 2.5cm) designed to be easily opened with a gloved hand. Sliding the box in either direction the airman could take fudge bars and chewing gum or candy. Introduced in 1944 to supply a basic ration and combat fatique on missions over 3 hours. The box is a little worn around the edges but essentially sound and in good order. Empty. The first example we've had for ages as few will have survived. Stock code S20263.
