No label or size markings but measures approximately 53.5cm which equates to about a 61/2. Standard issue cap. The material is generally very good, retains good colour but is a bit soiled and there is a darned moth hole at the back. The leather peak is very good but the green underside is soiled with a small piece missing. The leather 'chinstrap' is in good order and the mohair band is excellent and complete with a good badge. The blue grey cotton lining is complete and has a very tatty greasecloth crown section. This appears to have manufacturer's details, War Department marking and 1942 date but these were near impossible to photograph due to the state of the greasecloth. There is also an indecipherable name/number/date on the underside of the peak. Displays well. Stock code U26916.
