Parachute back pad manufactured by Irvin Air Chute Ltd. in Canada. Stores reference 15A/191. Intended for use with Observer type harnesses. Plain weave khaki duck cotton with webbing straps to secure the harness. This has never been labelled but has fairly clear ink stamps. Some soiling and marks but in very good overall condition. Stock code S28112.
