Parachute back pad manufactured by Irvin Air Chute Ltd. in Canada. Stores reference 15A/191. Intended for use with Observer type harnesses. Plain weave khaki duck cotton with webbing straps to secure the harness. This has never been labelled but has faint ink marks. Minor soiling and marks, otherwise in excellent condition.
