Form C.T.O.1/A Approximately 15 x 26cm. Double-sided form to be filled in to record the performance of an aircraft during a Ferry Flight with the Air Transport Auxiliary. There is space to fill in the aircraft type, number, engine type/mk., flying times/location, along with details of the oil temperature, pressures, RPM, fuel pressure etc. The reverse of the form has a Flying Boat Mooring Report. This would be filled out to show where the aircraft was delivered and whether various checks had been made. A little dog-eared/creased but generally in good condition. Unused.
