R.A.F. Air Diagram 3730, Sheet 2 of 4, March 1942.  Hudson I, II, III, IV & V - Abandoning by Dinghy.  Air Ministry, prepared by the Ministry of Production.  Printed for H.M. Stationary Office by Flemings, Leicester.  Approximately 99 x 64.5cm.  Printed on paper, this super poster is the second in a series of four giving advice to Bomber Command Hudson bomber crews on evacuating the aircraft in the event of ditching.  It shows four images of a Hudson and the crew in their correct positions for exiting the aircraft once on the sea.  Each man had to be aware of his role and ditching station in the event of such an emergency.  The first two illustrations show the aircraft in flight, the third on impact with the sea and the final one shows the crew exiting.  Overall condition is good.  Although it as been stored rolled there is some creasing, dog-eared corners and some small taped edge repairs.  Clear official markings and 1942 date.  A dramatic and impressive rare poster.  We also have Sheet 3 from the same series currently listed on the website.  Stock code P20995.
