RAF Flying Clothing card

Form 667B.  Issued in 1944.  This lists the kit issued to airman Sgt. E.J.H. Smith.  It included a late C-type helmet, type G mask, MK.VIII goggles and anti-glare spectacles, ditching whistle, blue aircrew sweater, 1941 pattern Sidcot suit, collar and liner, 1941 pattern gauntlets and silk liners.  Other kit includes a torch and batteries, black stockings (sea boot), vest and kit bags.  Rather worn but a fascinating insight into the kit issued during this later and very early post war period.  Stock code P16061.
