This example contains information on a Blackburn Botha I (L6501) reconnaissance and torpedo bomber with 254 Squadron. The daily inspection and change of serviceability/repair log has only been filled out for one day, 12th October 1941 but an interesting document nevertheless and would be excellent for 'set-dressing'.
