Single sheet, typed. Approximately 16.5 x 20cm. Dated 8th June 1942. A 'Secret' letter sent by the Senior Air Staff Officer at Bomber Command HQ, 3 Group, to RAF Stations Feltwell, Honington, Marham, Mildenhall, Oakington, Stradishall, Tempsford, Waterbeach and Wyton. It outlines instances where aircraft had been attacking non-military targets in enemy occupied territory, including a small Dutch village. It goes on to say that further instances would be met with disciplinary action against the offenders. The paper is yellowed and creased with dog-eared edges and small filing holes.
