RAF bomber command supplement to immediate raid interpretation report No. K.S.3904. Covers the period 1545A hours on 9th Feb. 1945 to 1415 hours 9th March 1945 for RAF bomber command attacks on the Gelsenkirchen Bergwerks A.G., Nordstern Coking plant in Germany. One foolscap sheet giving a statement of damage - 'Very severe damage can be seen. All four coke oven batteries are affected, three with direct hits on the ovens, and pipe lines around them are disrupted'. All damage is then detailed in a list. Comes with an associated air/ground reconnaisance photograph (23 x 16cm) taken by 27 Squadron, showing the site and bomb damage. The paperwork is a bit dog-eared/creased with small tears, punched filing holes etc. Interesting original documents relating to bomber command sorties over Germany during the last months of the war.
