Frock, White, Aircrew. Stores reference 22G/63. This is the classic and much sought after cream coloured aircrew sweater that is so synonymous with the Battle of Britain. It is relatively clean, free of moth damage and apart from a small darn and a few pulled threads, in excellent overall condition. No label. This example belonged to Peter J. Rae, who flew Spitfires, Hurricanes and Mustangs towards the end of WW2. We were fortunate to purchase much of his flying kit directly from him over 30 years ago. Another very rare item.
