RAF flight map, Scotland, North - history

Scotland, North, Royal Air Force Edition.  Sheet 7,  1938 dated.  1/4" to One Mile.  Linen backed paper with card covers.  Approximately 80 x 48cm (not including cover).  Shows the wartime air base of Wick and has a flight route added in chinagraph pencil.  Folded/creased, light soiling.  This map belonged to a RAF veteran who was seconded to the Glider pilot regiment.  Very good used.  Stock code P22015.
