Gauntlets, Flying, 1933 Pattern. Size 91/4. Australian manufactured version of the classic gauntlet used prior to and throughout the Battle of Britain. The leather is in very good supple condition with only light soiling and minor wear on the fingers as shown. The colour match is excellent and both Australian marked original brass 'Lightning' brand zips are in good working condition and retain original leather puller tabs. There is a size label in one glove, otherwise unmarked. A very good pair of Commonwealth manufactured gloves. Stock code GA27424.
